Our Philosphy
A study at Michigan State University showed that bone density in yearlings in a rearing stable was lower than in yearlings who had a pasture available.
Young horses that are stabled can move less. And that movement seems to be very important for good bone growth. Horses that are allowed to grow up in the pasture, on the other hand, seem to develop a good skeletal structure. This makes them better prepared for training and exercises that are part of the life of a sport horse.
